Introduction

Welcome to Axelerate+ (the "App"), a digital marketing SaaS product owned and operated by Axelerate ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use Axelerate+. By using the App, you represent that you are using the service for business purposes and have the authority to bind your organisation to these Terms.

Description of Service

Axelerate+ provides an all-in-one digital marketing dashboard for cross-channel campaign management. Features include, but are not limited to, resource generation, cross-publishing, automated engagement, and campaign optimisation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

User Accounts

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • All activities that occur under your account.
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

5. Fees and Payment

Axelerate+ is a subscription-based service.

  • Subscription Cycles: Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
  • Payments: All payments are processed securely. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings; however, fees already paid are non-refundable unless required by UK law.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The App, its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of Axelerate and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the App for your internal business operations. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of our software without express written permission.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any data, text, or images you upload to the App ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
  • Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or hack the software.
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App without permission.
  • Post or transmit any content that is defamatory, offensive, or infringes on third-party rights.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of England and Wales, Axelerate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App, including loss of profits, data, or business reputation.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
